At Herteen and Stocker, your satisfaction with our product and service is of the upmost importance. If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, simply return it.
Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
There may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. Herteen and Stocker reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Site Transactions
Herteen and Stocker reserves the right to refuse an order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be fraudulent.
When will you receive your order?
The length of time it takes to receive your order depends on the method of shipment you choose and its destination. We ship most orders within one to three business days from the time of order, allowing three extra business days for rings that may require sizing. Delivery to any address within the Continental U.S. usually takes from two to seven business days to reach its destination. We ship each package using the most secure carrier available. Depending upon product and destination, we may use UPS, Federal Express, or the U.S. Postal Service. Should you require an item immediately, send us an email or call us and we will do everything possible to fulfill your request.
Our return policy
If you return our item in its original condition within 30 days, you will receive a full refund, less shipping costs, issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
If the item you are returning was given as a gift, you will receive Herteen and Stocker store credit. You may use this credit at any time to purchase the item of your choosing.
To return an item, simply complete the merchandise return form included with your package. In the absence of this form, please make sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number or email address and your original form of payment. Send to:

Please return your package using your carrier of choice. Herteen and Stocker recommends using USPS Registered Mail or UPS Overnight services. Please send the package to us fully insured for the purchase price.

In the unlikely event we process your order incorrectly or your item was damaged in shipment, we will gladly take back the item and exchange it for another, or return your item and credit you the full amount of the purchase. If this should happen, please call.
How come I am not being charged for sales tax?
Herteenandstockerjewelers.com collects sales tax for the state of Iowa addresses. Herteen and Stocker does not have a presence in any other state and is not authorized to collect any other state’s sales tax.
